The market faces constant need of more explicit answers to complex questions. In order to deal with this need, Fris has created in 2005 the Fris Research & Marketing department: a department with highly educated employees who give a clear answer to very different questions about real estate. Fris Research & Marketing offers counselling over services offered by Fris Bedrijfsmakelaars itself (assessment services, rent and lease, buying and selling, real estate scanning, investments) but also collateral counselling.
Fris Research & Marketing is the platform that offers both the clients and the Fris employees’ knowledge advantage and marketing support. By its constant data gathering and data interpretation activity, Fris Research & Marketing can also play a substantial role during the preparatory phase. It offers counselling by the bias of e.g. market analysis, products´ commercial feasibility studies, defining the target group and marketing activity.
This “knowledge centre” for both private and business clients gives the possibility to make perfect use of the bundle of knowledge that Fris Groep already possess (through market experience and its own data base) or to which it has access (e.g. via the NMV, MVA and its network). To do so, the department intensively collaborates with commercial and residential real estate agents, the technical and administrative rental department and the assessors. All of this guarantees a practice targeted counselling. In order to extend its knowledge area, Fris Research has also initiated collaboration with Bureau Middelkoop.
Fris is furthermore and in any case opposed to any mandatory clause. The research is thus free of any eventual subsequent (real estate) activities. It really gives you the assurance that we support the conclusions 100 percent. Later, we can be asked, of course, to enact the advice we gave and/or to sell or rent compounds for the price we advised. This is also our wish, but not an obligation. Here is the reason why Fris Research doesn´t aim to make a profit from this kind of research and can offer such advice at a relatively low cost.
